This nocturnal painting took some time to produce. I first came across this scene whilst taking part in a nocturnal painting competition towards the end of 2022. I couldn't complete the painting within the time allowed so I put it aside so I've returned to it a year later. It's a beautiful setting with the Golden Star Pub behind with a glorious tree in all its autumnal colour. Called Autumn Gold (16ins x 12ins on board) I hope I've done it justice.
