Nocturnal

These paintings are, by their very nature, seeking to capture the character of areas either at the start, or end, of a day. In some ways the texture of buildings and vegetation becomes that much enhanced. The settings of these paintings tend to be more urban in character as I’m trying to capture different light sources and how they light certain areas.
